Volunteer with LWVAA at Marketplace Austin and help get out the vote for the primary election!

Join us at the Marketplace Austin Flea Market as we connect with our community and help get out the vote for the March 3rd primary election. Volunteers will staff a table, distribute copies of our Voters Guide, and share key election information with flea market shoppers in a friendly, welcoming way.

We need volunteers for three, two-hour shifts. For each shift, we need:

• One English-speaking volunteer

• One volunteer comfortable engaging in Spanish

This is a high-energy, community-centered opportunity to meet voters in low-turnout precincts where they already are and make sure they have the information they need to participate. You will receive guidance in advance of your shift, and all materials and table setup will be arranged for you. Just show up ready to smile, start conversations, and help voters get the information they need.
