We need YOUR help to encourage primary voting!
This volunteer opportunity is open to all.
We need volunteers to address and sign postcards to voters who often skip primary elections, encouraging them to build a new habit this March: vote in the primary and "pick a winner." Hand-addressed and signed postcards are more likely to catch a voter’s attention and curiosity.
LWVAA will supply the preprinted postcards, address lists, and stamps. You just sign and address the cards. Volunteers are also needed to apply postage and assemble take-home postcarding packets.
Come to the League office on designated drop-in dates and work there -- and bring a friend or two if you like. Prefer to work at home, or host a postcard party? Just swing by and pick up supplies at the office!

This is a simple, concrete way to help more voters participate early and help determine the choices on the November ballot. It's a great group project for book clubs, civic groups, or groups of friends or neighbors looking to JUST DO SOMETHING.
