Announcement of the League of Women Voters of the Austin Area and Girls Performance & Advocacy to hold 2026 Friends & Family Spring Festival on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Austin, Texas - On Saturday, April 25th, the League of Women Voters of the Austin Area and Girls Performance & Advocacy will hold a free outdoor event for the entire Austin community.

The 2026 Friends & Family Spring Festival will provide no-cost fun for all ages and will feature live performances from Suzanna Choffel, the Lou Priest Trio, and Austin Poet Laureate Zell Miller III. It will also include all-ages yoga with Jamie Adair, instant personalized poems from Typewriter Rodeo, frozen desserts from Kona Ice, a scavenger hunt, giant lawn games, and much more. The festival will take place from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Austin Public Library Windsor Park Branch located at 5833 Westminster Drive. Free parking will be available in the library parking lot and on surrounding neighborhood streets.
