🗳️ Your daily democracy actions - Last chance to mobilize voters for the November 4 election!

Have you voted? Of course you have! Now, imagine a young or inexperienced voter who knows about the election, but is overwhelmed with the long ballotall those amendments!and the election process. If we work together we can help more voters make a plan to vote. We can empower voters with the information they need to vote in this and every election

The League is dedicated to ensuring that all eligible voters – particularly those from traditionally underrepresented or underserved communities, including first-time voters, non-college youth, new citizens, communities of color, the elderly, and low-income Americans – have the opportunity and the information to exercise their right to vote.

You can help!
  1. Share the Voters Guide with friends and family - LWVAustin.org and VOTE411.org
  2. Share where to vote - VoteTravis.gov or Wilcotx.gov/elections
  3. Help others make a plan to vote
  4. Reach out to your community and encourage them to vote
  5. Share a selfie with your "I Voted" sticker

📅  March 8, 2026: TRIVIACRACY, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at Central Machine Works

On International Women’s Day, we’ll gather for TRIVIACRACY -- our FIRST civics trivia fundraiser fueling the League’s Voters Guide, forums, and outreach across Central Texas.

We’re focused on securing sponsors between now and December 31 so that come January, when tickets and table sales open, we can keep the event affordable for everyone.

Whether you work for a company, run your own business, or know someone who does, this is a chance to:
  • Stand up for voters
  • Put your brand in front of a civically engaged Austin audience
  • Help make democracy accessible for all
