Volunteer with LWVAA at the Austin Marathon and help get out the vote for the primary election!

Interact with race supporters and with friends and families of the runners at the Finish Line Festival, asking questions about voting and giving out prizes for correct answers, and sharing information about the primary election. LWVAA will conduct a volunteer orientation before each volunteer shift.

Expect to be ACTIVE. You'll wear a t-shirt, a tutu, a hat, and colorful socks over your clothes. LWVAA will supply everything you need.

Volunteers will gather at The Hideout Theater at 617 Congress Avenue. There are two volunteer shifts (times listed include a brief orientation):

• 8:30 - 11:00 a.m.
• 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  

This opportunity is open to ages 16 and up.
