Panelists will discuss the consequences of the passage or failure of the following proposed amendments:
Proposition 4: Creation of a state water fund
Proposition 12: Change to the composition of the Commission on Judicial Conduct
Proposition 14: Establishment of a dementia research institute
Proposition 15: Parental rights
Proposition 16: A ban on non-citizens from voting
