Help high school students to get ready for their very first vote.

First Vote volunteers include:

• Presenters

  • Watch First Vote! training video or attend in-person training when available

  • Contact First Vote! Chair indicate interest in presenting

  • Option to present solo or in pairs can be arranged

• VDRs

  • Register voters after a First Vote! presentation

  • Any VDR is welcome

  • Sign up to First Vote! mailing list to get notifications

• Leads

  • Pick up one or more First Vote! kits from League office

  • Arrive at the school before other volunteers

  • Lead can also serve as presenter and/or VDR

• School outreach

  • Must be comfortable working with Google sheets

  • Help to contact schools and update points of contact as needed

  • Help coordinating schedules
