Keeping the Grassroots Green: Recommending
Program to the State and National Leagues
The word "program" has a special meaning in the League: it's the set of issues chosen by members at the local, state, and national levels for study and action. As part of the program planning process, local Leagues like ours are asked to suggest changes to program positions taken by their Local, State, and National Leagues.
 
League members are invited to attend a program planning meeting on January 13 at the Alamo Baker Center. Your voice is needed as we discuss League Program for 2024-26. You have a chance to help determine the education and advocacy platform that moves our mission forward!

Keeping the Grassroots Green - Program Planning 2024
Join us for this virtual event co-hosted by the Austin Area and Williamson County Leagues to find out about the offices that will be on your 2024 primary ballot.

Time: 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Irresistible Night For Democracy Graphic
Mark your new 2024 calendar for the League’s annual fundraiser! This year we are doing a simultaneous event with four other Leagues around the country. Plan to join us at Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar for dinner and a movie! Tickets and sponsorship opportunities will be available in late January.
